30-Day Return Window
We provide a 30-day period for returns on items that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original sealed packaging. All returns must be authorized via email before shipping.
- 10% handling fee on non-defective returns.
- Original proof of purchase required.
Technical Inspection
Every return undergoes a rigorous check by our technical team. Returns will be voided if the hardware shows signs of:
- Incorrect wiring or installation.
- Missing serial numbers or broken seals.
- Cosmetic damage or physical neglect.
Arrival Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately. Any transit damage or incorrect items must be documented and reported to us within 7 business days. Delayed reports may fall under standard warranty rather than replacement.
Professional Installation Requirement
CRITICAL: To maintain your warranty, all Inverters and Batteries must be commissioned by a Department of Labour registered electrician.
Claims must be supported by a valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) and high-resolution photos of the installation. Claims lacking professional documentation will be denied.
Warranty Exclusions
Our protection plan does not cover environmental or external factors, including:
- Lightning strikes or power surges.
- Water damage, corrosion, or insect infestation.
- Ventilation failure or extreme heat exposure.
- Damage caused by third-party couriers.
Timeline & Logistics
Warranty assessments typically take between 7 to 30 working days depending on the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Battery Health Notice
Warranty on energy storage is tied to proper usage. Over-discharging lead-acid/gel units or bypassing BMS protocols on Lithium units will result in the immediate forfeiture of warranty coverage.
