Kinetic Energy — Service & Purchase Agreement
Proof of Purchase
An official Kinetic Energy invoice is mandatory for all service requests. No warranty assistance or hardware exchanges will be processed without original documentation.
Refund Policy
Please note that Kinetic Energy does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. We encourage clients to confirm all specifications before finalizing a purchase.
7-Day Exchange
Eligible exchanges are restricted to a 7-day window from the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged factory packaging (box included).
Maintenance & Repairs
From the date of purchase, all technical repairs are facilitated directly through the manufacturer or official supplier. Our team will coordinate the booking on your behalf.
Repair Duration
Standard warranties cover repairs only (not replacements). Depending on the technical complexity, repairs generally take between 7 to 21 business days.
On-Site Testing
Clients are strictly responsible for testing all inverters and batteries prior to leaving our facility. Once the equipment leaves the premises, no claims regarding initial functionality will be recognized.
Immediate Exclusions
Warranty coverage is automatically voided for items showing water ingress, physical breakage, or missing barcodes/serial numbers. No exceptions will be made.
Item Release
To collect repaired hardware, the original repair slip or invoice must be presented. Hardware will not be released to any party without the correct security documentation.
